Peter Sage · Elite Mentorship Forum

Knowing more is not the same as living differently.

Peter Sage created the Elite Mentorship Forum as a structured journey for people who want personal development to become lived experience. EMF brings together insight, emotional work, identity, values and application so change can move beyond inspiration.

Meet Erik Bakker

Master Trainer, programme builder and independent guide.

Erik has facilitated more than 20 EMF cohorts and 500 participants, and helped build the Elite Mentorship Trainer programme that trained more than 730 trainers.

That experience gave Erik an unusually practical view of a recurring gap: two people can understand the same principle and sincerely want the same change, yet have very different access to that understanding when pressure returns.

His work now follows two distinct paths. He delivers Peter Sage’s EMF material through group and private formats, and he independently created Human Experience Architecture™ to model why clarity, available capacity and deliberate influence can change across state, context and time.

A deeper question

What can you see, access and influence when life becomes real?

Knowing what would help is only part of change. Erik uses three connected questions to understand the gap between insight and lived choice.

C

Clarity

Can you see accurately enough what is happening, what matters and where the real constraint may be?

A

Availability

When pressure changes your state, are the capacities and choices you need still accessible?

A

Agency

Can you deliberately influence what happens next and make that influence repeatable across real situations?

These are not three steps. They interact. You can understand clearly and still lose access under pressure, have capacity without a clear direction, or make a good choice once without being able to repeat it.

First, breathe

You are not failing. Your current way of living may simply no longer be enough.

When work, family, money or relationships keep demanding more, even strong people lose contact with themselves. Relief begins when you stop judging the signal and start listening to what it is telling you.

The achiever

You built a lot, but it no longer feels fulfilling.

You keep pushing, producing and solving. The results are visible. The inner cost is becoming harder to ignore.

The responsible one

You became who everyone needed you to be.

Your life looks respectable, yet a quieter part of you wonders when you stopped choosing it for yourself.

The unfinished dream

The fire is still there, even if life buried it.

You do not want to reach the end of life knowing you kept postponing the person you could have become.

The thoughtful seeker

You understand a lot, but understanding has not become movement.

You have read, listened and reflected. Now you want a path grounded enough to act on.

A useful next direction

Explore the gap between what you know and what you can currently live.

The free assessment uses six EMF-informed dimensions to compare your inner view with recent lived behaviour. It can help you see where clarity, access or repeatable action may deserve attention before you choose what to do next.

Free transformation assessment

See what may be keeping you stuck and where to focus next.

In about eight minutes, you answer 18 focused questions across six practical dimensions. For the first 16 questions, you compare what feels true internally with what your recent behaviour has shown under ordinary pressure. The result is immediate and no email is required.

The outcome

  • A view of where your inner sense and recent lived behaviour agree or differ
  • One of six current patterns that may help make sense of what is happening
  • A practical direction of travel rather than a final or absolute answer
  • Optional personalised follow-up when you want deeper clarity

Clarity

Can you see what matters and distinguish the real constraint?

Explore whether divided direction, competing values or interpretation are reducing useful clarity.

Availability

Does what you know remain available when pressure is active?

Explore how emotion, identity, energy and context may change which choices are actually accessible.

Agency

Can you turn insight into deliberate, repeatable influence?

Explore whether action, feedback, relationships and surroundings support the direction you want.

A different question emerged

What determines whether change remains available?

Human Experience Architecture™ is Erik Bakker’s body of work for understanding why what people know, feel and choose can change across state, pressure, relationships and environment.

In practical terms, HEA asks why the same person can be clear, capable and deliberate in one context, yet lose access to those capacities in another. Clarity × Availability × Agency gives a simple entry into that question. The canonical public explanation lives at HumanExperienceArchitecture.com.

A question worth answering honestly

What is it you truly desire?

I am passionate about helping people improve their lives, not by giving them another temporary high, but by helping them turn what matters into choices they can actually live. Fully Alive Coaching is one path for people ready to move from insight into a more honest, alive and self-authored life.

A different life does not appear in one moment. But one honest decision can change the direction of travel. What choice are you ready to practise?
