Practical fit I understand EMF requires at least around four hours per week across content, calls, exercises and buddy work. After enrolment

Module 0 opens first.

Once you enrol and access Module 0, the $2,000 admission deposit is non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. The remaining modules release when the cohort begins.

Cohort timing

The group is assembled before the live schedule is fixed.

Erik typically runs around two cohorts each year. The intended group size is roughly 20 to 50. If the group is smaller, the programme can still proceed or an alternative EMF route can be discussed with you.
