This is the right choice when you want Erik to look deeply at your situation, identify what may deserve attention first and provide personalised advice, a transcript and a written direction of travel.
You receive value from the assessment whether or not you continue into coaching.

The other route
The fit call is for deciding whether Fully Alive Coaching is the right engagement and whether both sides are prepared to move forward.
It is not a free version of this assessment, a one-off advice session or a general conversation. Do not choose it when what you really want is analysis of your personal situation.
Use this route only when you are ready to discuss a serious coaching commitment if the fit is right.
One session, focused on your situation
Erik uses the session to understand what feels unresolved, what you have already tried, which patterns keep returning and what appears to deserve attention first.
You may be challenged where useful. You may also hear that EMF, coaching, private work or HEA is not the right next step. The purpose is clarity and direction, not forcing a programme.
An HEA-informed lens
Erik may use concepts from Human Experience Architecture™, the cybernetic architecture of human adaptive experience he created, to explore how regulation, access, identity, environment, adaptive feedback and agency interact.
HEA is used as an additional interpretive lens. It is not a clinical diagnosis, scientifically validated psychological assessment or substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
What happens after the call
You receive a written transcript so important insights, distinctions and decisions are not lost after the call.
Erik reviews the conversation and identifies what to focus on, what may need attention first and which next step appears most coherent.
Your branded PDF gives a reasoned direction based on the information available. It is guidance, not an absolute truth or guaranteed outcome.
Assessment credit
When you continue directly with Erik through EMF Private 1:1, Fully Alive Coaching or a qualifying HEA coaching engagement within 90 days, the US$500 assessment fee is deducted from the agreed package price.
The assessment does not depend on a follow-on purchase. Its purpose is to give you useful interpretation and direction even when the right next step is to pause, choose another route or take no further service with Erik.

Recording and transcription
The Zoom session is recorded and transcribed so Erik can prepare your follow-up. By booking, you consent to recording and transcription for delivery of the Personal Assessment.
The recording is deleted after the transcript and personalised advice have been delivered. The transcript and final PDF are emailed to you. They are not used publicly or for promotion without separate permission.
Avoid sharing information you do not want recorded. You may request deletion of the transcript and assessment materials by emailing info@elitementorshipforum.nl, subject to records that must be retained for legal or administrative reasons.
Paid working session
This is a paid working session, not a sales call. If EMF, Fully Alive Coaching, private work or HEA is not the right fit, you will hear that directly.
