FAQ

If you are trying to understand the difference between EMF, private 1:1 work, the assessment and HEA, start here.

What is the Elite Mentorship Forum?

The Elite Mentorship Forum, or EMF, is Peter Sage’s 27-week personal-development programme. Peter teaches the core curriculum through recorded modules. The programme also uses workbook exercises, live facilitation, community calls and buddy accountability to support application over time.

How many modules are in EMF?

The journey contains 13 core modules plus a secret bonus module. Module 0 opens the programme and helps participants prepare for the learning rhythm before the main cohort sequence begins.

Can I join EMF through Erik Bakker?

Yes. Erik runs a limited number of trainer-led cohorts and also offers private EMF. His cohort route uses the same underlying Peter Sage EMF curriculum with live facilitation by Erik, alternating community calls, workbook application and buddy accountability.

What does the cohort with Erik cost?

The standard cohort investment is $6,500 USD. A $2,000 admission deposit is used to reserve the place and open Module 0 after enrolment. Once Module 0 access has been granted, that deposit is non-refundable subject to mandatory consumer rights. Payment plans are available for the remaining balance.

How much time does EMF require?

Plan for at least around four hours per week across module content, exercises, buddy work and live calls. Trainer-led and community calls alternate, and each live call lasts up to 90 minutes.

Do I work with Peter Sage directly?

Peter Sage is the creator and core video teacher of EMF. In Erik’s cohort, the live trainer calls are led by Erik. The underlying programme is the same, while the live experience, group size and level of personal familiarity differ by facilitator and format.

What is the difference between cohort EMF and private 1:1 EMF?

The cohort route combines Peter’s curriculum with Erik’s trainer calls, community calls and a participant buddy. Private 1:1 EMF uses the same curriculum but adds a 90-minute private session with Erik every week, with Erik acting as the primary accountability partner. Private 1:1 starts at $10,000 USD and private couple delivery is $15,000 USD.

Can my partner join the fit call?

Yes. If the time or financial commitment is something you want to decide together, your partner is welcome to join the fit conversation and ask practical questions directly.

Are reduced-fee places available?

A small number of supported places may be considered when there is a strong fit and the standard investment is genuinely out of reach. They are discretionary and discussed privately after application rather than offered as a public discount tier.

Are refunds available?

Mandatory consumer rights are respected. For the cohort route, the $2,000 admission deposit becomes non-refundable once Module 0 access has been granted, subject to those mandatory rights. After enrolment, fees for programme access and services already delivered may remain payable under the specific enrolment agreement.

Is this therapy or medical support?

No. EMF, private coaching and the assessment are educational and coaching-based. They do not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment or financial advice.

What is Human Experience Architecture™?

Human Experience Architecture™, or HEA, is Erik Bakker’s independent body of work for understanding why what people know, feel and choose can change with state, context and experience. On this website, Clarity × Availability × Agency provides a simple entry into that question.
