27 weeks · Peter Sage curriculum · live with Erik Bakker

Elite Mentorship Forum with a more personal live experience.

EMF is Peter Sage’s structured personal-development programme. Peter teaches the core curriculum through the recorded modules. Erik leads the live cohort calls and works with a smaller group so questions, context and application can become more personal.

What EMF actually is

Not another library of information.

The value of EMF comes from the way the teaching, application, accountability and community work together over time.

The curriculum

Peter teaches the core programme.

Thirteen core modules plus a secret bonus module move through beliefs, learning, money, emotion, relationships, focus, authenticity, goals, identity, consciousness, purpose and legacy.

Live facilitation

Bring your real life into the room.

Every other week, Erik leads a live call of up to 90 minutes where questions can be explored in the context of what participants are actually experiencing.

Community

You do not do the journey alone.

Alternating community calls create space for shared learning, reflection and connection. Erik may also bring in experienced people from the wider EMF trainer network.

Accountability

Insight has somewhere to go.

The workbook, buddy system and repeated application help keep the programme connected to the decisions, habits and situations that show up between modules.

Same programme. Different live experience.

Choose the facilitator and environment that fit you.

EMF can be experienced directly with its creator or through an Elite Mentorship Trainer. The underlying programme is the same. The live experience is not.

Peter’s own cohorts can be much larger and his time is necessarily spread across more participants. Erik’s cohort route is designed around approximately 20 to 50 people, with a stronger opportunity for familiarity, contextual questions and continuity across the 27 weeks.

The point is not to place one facilitator above another. Choose the background, style and level of access that best match how you want to learn.

Why Peter trusts Erik to facilitate this work.

Peter describes Erik’s progression from participant to lead trainer and the experience behind his work with people.

The programme rhythm

A 27-week environment for application, not a sprint through content.

New material is released in a paced sequence. The rhythm alternates learning, live facilitation, community and accountability so you have time to work with what you are learning.

Powerful content

Accountability

What EMF asks from you

You get more from the programme when you give it real attention.

  • Plan for at least four hours per week across content, exercises, buddy work and calls.
  • Attend the live rhythm wherever reasonably possible and bring real questions, not polished answers.
  • Use the workbook and apply what you learn between modules.
  • Participate in the community without treating it as another social feed.
  • Stay engaged when the work becomes inconvenient, unfamiliar or personally challenging.

Who should not join yet

A high-value programme can still be the wrong next step.

  • You want a passive course that asks little time, reflection or behavioural effort.
  • You need clinical, medical or crisis support that an educational programme cannot provide.
  • You are not willing to protect roughly four hours each week for the journey.
  • The financial commitment would place you or your household under irresponsible pressure.

Investment

$6,500 USD for the cohort experience.

The fee is stated clearly so you can decide whether a conversation is worth having before you apply.

Supported places

Fit should not be decided by money alone.

A small number of reduced-fee places may be considered when there is a strong fit and the standard investment is genuinely out of reach. These are discretionary and discussed privately after application.

Need to discuss it at home?

Invite your partner to the fit call.

You do not need to explain a 27-week programme second-hand. Your partner is welcome to join the conversation, ask practical questions and understand the time and financial commitment with you.

The questions people ask before joining

Get the practical concerns onto the table early.

“What is EMF exactly?”

A 27-week guided personal-development programme created by Peter Sage. Peter teaches the core curriculum. Live facilitation, community, workbook and accountability help bring the material into application.

“I cannot fit it into my schedule.”

Plan for at least four hours per week. Live calls are up to 90 minutes. The exact cohort schedule is confirmed around the people who join rather than imposed before the group exists.

“I do not have the money.”

The standard cohort investment is $6,500 USD and payment plans are available. Supported places may occasionally be considered when there is a strong fit and genuine financial constraint.

Next cohort

Apply first. Decide after a real conversation.

Erik runs only a limited number of cohorts each year. Apply for the next group, then use the 30-minute fit conversation to decide whether the programme, the timing and the investment make sense. Your partner is welcome to join.
