This Privacy Policy explains how Transformundo TCS LLC (“Transformundo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, processes, and protects your personal data when:

You use the website elitementorshipforum.nl; and
You purchase or participate in the Elite Mentorship Forum (EMF) programme delivered by Transformundo TCS LLC as a licensed EMF Master Trainer for Peter Sage.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all applicable privacy laws.

By visiting our website or purchasing EMF through us, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

For all data collected through this website, including contact forms, newsletters, analytics, cookies, and payments made via Stripe, the Data Controller is:

Transformundo TCS LLC determines how website-related and payment-related personal data is processed.

1.2 EMF programme data controller: Team Sage / MOC Consulting & Training S.L.U.

For all personal data processed inside the EMF learning platform, the Data Controller is:

Team Sage owns the EMF programme, its content, online platform, LMS systems, call recordings, and all related processing operations.

1.3 Transformundo’s role in EMF: processor or sub-processor

Transformundo TCS LLC delivers EMF facilitation under licence and processes EMF participant data only under instructions from MOC.

As a processor, Transformundo supports:

Live coaching and Q&A calls
Community interactions
Participant support
Accountability partner coordination
Programme communications
Call hosting, for example through Zoom
General facilitation duties

Transformundo may not use EMF participant data for any independent purpose.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Website data: Transformundo as controller

We may collect:

Name
Email address
Contact form submissions
Newsletter sign-ups
IP address
Browser and device details
Website usage analytics, including consented interaction events such as assessment start/completion, route clicks and application start/submission status
Cookies and tracking technology
Messages sent to us

2.2 Free transformation assessment data

You can complete the free transformation assessment without providing your name or email address. The assessment uses your selected responses in the browser and on our server to calculate an immediate result. We do not ask you to submit detailed free-text disclosures.

If you choose to email the result to yourself or request follow-up, we may collect:

First name and email address
The assigned result pattern
Six summary scores
Readiness and support preferences
The recommended route
Marketing consent, where separately given
Source and campaign information

Individual question responses are used to calculate the result and are not intentionally sent to our CRM. Summary information may be transferred to GoHighLevel or another configured CRM to deliver the requested result and, where you consent, relevant follow-up.

If you separately allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics may receive a coarse event that the assessment was started or completed, the assigned result-pattern identifier, the recommended route, and whether a route button was selected. We do not send the individual assessment answers, score-by-question data, name, email address, or free-text disclosures to Google Analytics.

2.3 Payment data: Transformundo as controller

When you purchase EMF from Transformundo, we may collect:

Email address
Billing address
Payment details processed securely by Stripe
Records of purchase
Transaction history
Invoice and tax data required by law

Important: Transformundo does not store full credit-card numbers. Payment details are encrypted and processed by Stripe Payments Europe and/or Stripe, Inc. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment transactions.

2.4 EMF programme data: MOC as controller, Transformundo as processor

When you participate in EMF, the following categories of data may be processed:

Media data and recordings

EMF includes a media waiver. Group calls may be recorded, and your image, voice, username, or comments may appear. Recordings may be used for programme delivery, quality improvement, or promotional purposes.

2.4 Personal Assessment recording, transcript and follow-up

When you book the paid Personal Assessment, payment is processed for the identified service by Transformundo TCS LLC through Calendly and its connected payment provider. The session is held through Zoom.

To deliver the promised transcript and personalised advice, we may process:

Your booking and contact information
Your answers to Calendly intake questions
The Zoom audio and video recording
A written transcript of the session
Erik’s notes, analysis and personalised recommendations
The branded direction-of-travel PDF prepared for you

The recording is used only to prepare and deliver the transcript and personalised advice. It is deleted after those materials have been delivered. The transcript and final PDF are emailed to you and may be retained only as reasonably necessary for delivery, administration, continuity, dispute handling or legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us, subject to records we must retain by law.

The Personal Assessment and any use of Human Experience Architecture™ are reflective and advisory. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial diagnosis or treatment.

3. How we use your data

3.1 Website and payment data: Transformundo as controller

We may use your data to:

Process your EMF purchase
Issue invoices and receipts
Fulfil contractual obligations
Provide onboarding and support
Communicate with you about programme entry
Perform fraud prevention

Transformundo processes EMF programme data on behalf of MOC and follows their instructions.

5.3 We do not sell personal data

Neither Transformundo nor MOC sells your personal data.

6. International transfers

Your data may be transferred to the United States, Spain, or other countries in which international cloud, payment, LMS, or support providers operate.

Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, Data Processing Agreements, and industry-standard security measures.

7. Data retention

Data may be retained:

For seven years where needed for tax, accounting, or legal compliance
Until consent is withdrawn for marketing email data, unless another legal basis applies
For as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations

EMF programme data held by MOC

EMF programme data is retained according to MOC’s operational and legal requirements. Transformundo follows MOC’s applicable retention instructions for data processed on its behalf.
